Been up since 4.30am this morning.... Was helping Suze out for her BIG day... as her bridesmaid.... tiring siah! Good thing it was a wedding lunch... so it just ended... and at least everyone can rest... for the nite... esp for Darren & Suze ... ( and me too!!! So deprived of sleep! Yawn!) Here's some pics...

Hwa got silver of the Best Customer Service Professional (over 100 seats) at this year's CCAS International Contact Centre Awards... Cool yah.... Back from Macau for more than 2 weeks already. Yes... it seemed like I disappeared and stopped blogging. Nah.... I am still here.... alive and kicking. Just been lazy to come in here to update. Anyway.... Macau was great... but super tiring. I clocked only about 4 hours of sleep per night... and our entire trip was just "nannying" our guests. Good exposure and experience for such a major event though. Appreciate the fact that I got a chance to go. But, then of course.... having been there for 5 days... with the gang from office... it is inevitable that tempers flew.... and we all snapped at one another at some point. Oh well..... being positive helps. At least i managed to keep my cool till the second last day. That's so unusual of me! Wahahahah! Here's some piccies....
